Help.....friends called up and told
me they were coming over....
I had exactly 1hr and some minutes, to make something
from almost nothing. Had a few eggs, double cream and some hazelnuts....what to
do? That's always the question.
I know, I'll make a delicious meringue, I
hope they like it....
Made a big cake, let the friends in, made coffee &
tea and sliced the cake, within minutes the whole cake was GONE! A big success
it was and since then, a few birthdays and parties came up and the orders for
this meringue flew in.......wanna try?
